• All source code, designs, and materials remain the property of QuickVyapar until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership or license is transferred as agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless restricted by contract

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Credentials

• Trade secrets

Confidential obligations survive project completion.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (hosting, analytics, AI services). We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability
